hey i have 2 sisters one 10 year old and one 7 they have brown wavy hair that is bushy my mom doesn't like leggings and stuff and one has freckles can she use foundation can they where makeup for grownups like err cover girl please answer and any hair advice they cant curl or staritinn hair
