Question about Car Titles and selling The car?

Ok I bought a 1998 Volkswagen New beetle off my dad. Well Im selling it tomarrow. Err well im trading it in for a 1996 Monte Carlo. I have the title and he already signed it because the title says Greg M. Moore and my name is Greg E. Moore. So he signed it but does he have to be present in order for the dealership to take it?
