Not eating = unhealthy?

Hi, I think it's interesting what you are doing. It would be okay and you would probably get quite used to it. You would lose quite some weight though. Because you are not used to eating two meals a day you may get mood-swings because of hunger. I think you should try this. If you start to feel I'll though ( very unlikely) then stop immediately.
