Accses deined cant acces newwork Google Chrome is having trouble accessing the network. This may be because?

I was having the same problem, so I googled it, and still didn't find the answer. But I did find this post. Through trial and error I found what worked for me. If you have PeerBlock or Peer Guardian, or something similar installed, check the options, and make sure to allow HTTP. That's all it took for me.
