MACBOOK help please? :(?

err i jst got a macbook and its so different from what im used to. i was always a PC so everything was familier to me. i was jst wondering does macbook have like anything from the PC like movie makers, word document, paint ect. if yes then where is it? all i c are these icons and err its so confusing!! and if it doesnt can i downloud it?
