How long would sperm live on the floor?

ok so i was jacking off and err well i think i may have had a slight silage a few drops of seman thundered down to the ground of my bathroom i had a quick inspection after i finished and there was none on the floor ?? i was sure i saw something but well nothing was there .. my question is surpose so semen fell the the floor how long would it take to try up ?? and DIE!! i know it dont sounds like anything big but its just GROSS
