I need major computer help!!!!!!!! Please!!!?

Please someone help me. Google chrome, internet explorer, and mozilla firefox are all failing. When i try to go to any website it gives me "error 101 (net:ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): the connection was reset." i tried rebooting, reinstalling (wouldnt let me ofcourse) restarting my router. All have failed. Im running windows 7 xp. I also tried to scan my computer; it found nothing. Keep in mind i can still acess msn and other internet programs; just not the browsers. Im typing this off of my ipod if anyone is wondering. My brother can use the internet fine on his computer. Someone help please!!!!!!!
